Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Notafid End User License Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the EULA.
1. Plans and fees
Access to paid features of Notafid requires an active subscription. Current plans:

Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for. Pricing may change for future terms on notice; the price for your current term is fixed for that term.
2. Free trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and the payment method on file is charged. The one-time setup fee (Practice / Group plans) is charged when the paid subscription begins.
3. Billing
Billing is handled on our website through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. You authorize Notafid (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for all fees when due. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance at the per-user or per-physician rate for your plan. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
4. Term and automatic renewal
Unless a different term is stated in your order, the subscription is billed month to month and automatically renews each month until you cancel. See our Cancellation page for how to cancel and what happens to charges.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time as described on the Cancellation page. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and remains active through the end of the current paid month; it does not renew after that. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and the current month is not prorated or refunded.
6. Suspension and changes
Notafid may suspend or limit access for non-payment or for violation of the EULA or Terms of Use. Notafid may modify plans, features, or fees for future terms on reasonable notice.
