Cancellation
How to end your subscription, and what happens to charges. These terms supplement the Subscription Terms and EULA.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- In the app, or the web portal at notafid.com/portal → Billing; or
- By email to admin@notafid.com from the account email.
What happens when you cancel
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically each month. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and stays active through the end of the current paid month. It does not renew after that, and you are not charged again.
Free trial: during the 14-day free trial you can cancel anytime before it ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription begins automatically.
Refunds
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future months; it does not refund or prorate the current month.
Your data after cancellation
You can export or delete your account and data at any time — see Delete your account & data. Patient health information (PHI) held for a practice is returned to or destroyed for the practice per the Business Associate Agreement and applicable law; see Business Associate Agreement.
