By accessing Notafid ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Notafid is a clinical documentation aid intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Audio capture (dictation and ambient recording) is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per encounter. The application warns before this limit and automatically saves what was captured; for any encounter that requires more time, you are responsible for starting an additional recording or completing the documentation manually.
All AI-generated content (notes, billing code suggestions, clinical summaries) is provided as a draft for review only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and finalizing all clinical documentation.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state health privacy laws. You agree not to enter PHI into fields not designated for PHI.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Enable multi-factor authentication as required by your organization's HIPAA policies.
You and your organization retain ownership of all clinical data. Notafid does not use PHI for AI model training.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
